During this 1.5–2 hour lab session, we’ll pop open a fearless line-up of organic, biodynamic and natural wines with serious personality.

Expect surprises. Strong reactions. Bottles that refuse to behave.
We’ll test at least six standout samples, poking, tasting and pulling apart what natural wine actually has to offer. Ever heard of pet nat, orange or blouge wine? You will. And by the end of the experiment, you won’t just know more about wine, you’ll probably question everything you thought you knew about it.

Where does the experiment take place?
Inside a real-life wine lab disguised as a wine & tea shop: De Vinotheek, Hardebollenstraat 8, right in the heart of Utrecht (5 minutes from Neude). From there, we dive headfirst into new styles, wild flavours and unexpected discoveries.
